The Relationship Reboot coaching package takes you through 5 significant steps in up to 10 sessions. You can do this program on your own or with your partner.
Step 1: Identify Your Relationship Pattern
We explore your current relationship situation and identify the common pattern of how you connect AND disconnect. We look at what she *always* does that makes you want to yell (or actually yell), and what you *always* do that has her delivering that killer eye-roll. Once you know the pattern, you can start to make different choices.
Step 2: What Do You Actually Want (and What Do You Need)?
Now that we have a clear understanding of how your relationship works, we get really specific around what you want in a relationship - no more guessing if it’s working or not - what do you need to feel seen and supported, which are the most important and which are the least. Does being shouted at shut you down? Do you feel like a third wheel to her and her phone? Does it make your day to get a quick hug when you walk in from work? Whatever it is that makes home feel like home, we’ll find out.
Step 3: Become a Communication Badass
Now that we have a clear understanding of how your relationship works and what your needs are, I teach you how to really listen and how to communicate what’s happening for you in a way that will get you heard (no more yelling in the kitchen over dinner followed by sleeping in separate rooms). And we begin a deeper dive into what you want and what’s in the way of you getting it. More affection at home? More time with her on the weekend? Something else? We'll figure it out together.
Step 4: Know Your Boundaries and How To Set Them
Are you fed up with being interrupted when you’re in the middle of a task? Tired of being nitpicked to death? Blasted by her big temper? Imagine the relief of NOT having to walk on eggshells anymore. Now we know what’s most important to you in your relationship and how to communicate clearly and cleanly, I’ll teach you how to identify, establish and maintain the boundaries you need that will have her wanting to improve her connection with you.
Step 5: Your Relationship Rebooted Plan
You’ve now completed four steps essential to improve your relationship life. We’ll put it all together in a plan tailored especially for you. You’ll already have noticed positive shifts in your relationship life, and now you can handle the bumps with skill and confidence. You can track your own and your partner’s progress and easily identify when the relationship is going off track, and how to course-correct immediately. With this plan at your fingertips you’ll be able to move forward in creating a relationship of ease and fulfillment that you deserve.
